Tap Into the Value of An Employee Alumni Network

If you’re like me, you probably think that employee experience (EX) ends at the end of employment.  But I’ve recently become aware of the value of employee alumni networks — and many companies are as well.  Not only might an alumni network help improve EX, it can deliver benefits in the precise areas most needed by businesses today including talent acquisition, content marketing, and social media engagement.  I had the chance to speak to Brandy Dawson and Duncan Roberts, Vice President and Senior Manager respectively, at Pearson, the British-owned education content and assessment company, about how they used their alumni network in the company’s transformation to a digital and global learning company and on best practices for setting up and running an alumni network. Check out what I learned here.
