		<description>Sometimes you need to consider loyalty when promoting or changing pricing strategies.  Premium and loyal customers still need incentives to maintain the relationship.  Too often we see companies like Directv who just cater to the new subscribers and gouge their current subscriber who they consider to be in the fold and no need to invest in.  There is always margin opportunites when balanced with promotions and expansion.  Price well my friends.</description>
