I loved the point that &quot;in the eyes of the consumer, &#039;the iPhone has the nimbus of infallibility, ergo, it’s AT&amp;T’s fault.&#039;&quot; Although AT&amp;T had the most to gain from its relationship with Apple, this point also shows that it had a lot to lose as well.

I think another factor explaining AT&amp;T&#039;s problems is that its wireless reception has been the worst in San Francisco and NYC, cities that drive public opinion in matters technological.</description>
