Denise, great job giving us a brief but up-close look at Cisco's brand and culture. Although I don't have much experience with large corporations yet, this is impressive to see. I can really appreciate this communication - ideally, agreed upon by employees throughout the entire organization (if not, at least management is working on changing the culture in positive ways). My favorite part is the "is / is not" side of the card. Descriptive, yet concise. I hope I can work for a company that is passionate about it's culture in this way.

A great case, Denise. I've seen similar "cheat sheets" in the form of plastic wallet cards, but I like the use of them in ID badge holders--it keeps the brand ideology more visible and harder to forget. It's great that Cisco makes them available for anyone to pick up. Clearly they are confident in what they stand for.
