I don't usually write on blogs but had to on yours. You have a very unique writing style. A lot of people don't have that touch, they just drone on and on in the most boring way. But not you - thanks! Thanks again!

My experience with Vonage was just as frustrating and disappointing after my initial enthusiasm for the concept. Getting it set up should have been my first hint at the frustrations to come... I was on the phone with a woman who didn't seem to know how to help me and couldn't hear me because there was a celebration of some sort going on beside her. I ended up telling her I would just figure it out myself. And I did. Though the frequent dropped calls and reception problems were a bit annoying, we did save money and enjoyed many a cheap long distance chat.

However, the real problems came when we too moved overseas to England from Canada and hoped to take Vonage with us. We soon realized it wasn't worth the complications, but found that cancelling was even more difficult!

I was passed from agent to agent, questioned profusely, practically begged not to cancel, offered one month free, then two. But the fact is that it really doesn't help me to have a free month of a service that is of no use to me! Even if I had had no other problems with Vonage, the very difficult process of cancelling alone, would cause me to dissuade anyone from using Vonage!

I loved the potential of Vonage and wish they had followed through with the customer service. On the other hand, I shared a flat with an employee of Innocent for a few weeks and the dedication the company show to customer and employee alike is inspiring. You can just show up and they'll take you on a free tour of their funky office and send you home with a smoothie in hand. How sweet is that?
